It’s a rainy day, and somehow it matches exactly how I feel.
Lately, I’ve been open—really open—to meeting someone. My person. The kind of love that feels aligned, supportive, and real. But every time I feel close to it, I hit a wall. And I’m starting to understand that maybe this is my moment to release that grip… to stop trying to control when it happens.
Because if I’m honest with myself, I’ve been putting too much focus there—on something outside of me—when my energy is meant to be poured into something much deeper: my mission.
This blog is part of that. It’s where I share my life as it unfolds, not as a perfect plan, but as a living, breathing journey.
Soon, I’ll be heading to volunteer on a farm. It starts as a one-month experience, but something tells me it might turn into much more. I’ve noticed this pattern in my life—every time I take action on something that feels aligned, new doors open. Opportunities appear that I couldn’t have planned, even if I tried.
So right now, I’m choosing not to create a rigid plan. I’m allowing myself to be guided. To follow what feels right. To step into the unknown and trust that I’m being led somewhere meaningful.
At the same time, I can feel a vision forming.
I know I’ll end up living on a farm one day. I know I’ll be growing my own food. I see myself becoming a WWOOF host, welcoming people from around the world to come and be part of something bigger—something rooted in nourishment, community, and care. I want to host retreats. I want to create a space where healing happens naturally, through connection to the land, to food, and to ourselves.
Because at the core of everything I’m doing… I’m on a mission of healing.
I want to learn how to heal myself—deeply, honestly—so that I can hold space for others to do the same. That’s what this blog is. A space of healing. A space of becoming.
This is only the first year of that mission, and for the first time, I feel like I’ve truly defined it. And now, I’m taking steps to bring it to life.
But I still find myself wondering…
Can I have it all?
Can I fully devote myself to this path and also have a partner, a husband, a family? Or does one take away from the other?
That question has felt like a crossroad I keep returning to.
There’s a part of me that wants to be open to love. And another part that feels fear—fear of being held back, controlled, or pulled away from the work I know I’m here to do. I’ve given too much of my time in the past to relationships that weren’t aligned. And now, I want to create something that is truly my own.
And yet… the desire for partnership, for support, for building a life with someone—it doesn’t go away.
So maybe this year isn’t about choosing one or the other.
Maybe it’s about staying open.
To love.
To purpose.
To possibility.
And continuing to take inspired action… one step at a time.

Because maybe having it all doesn’t come from chasing everything at once. Maybe it comes from building a strong, grounded foundation within yourself first—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
From there, everything else has somewhere to land.
